I am now in charge of the team leader at Web offshore Department.
My main responsibility is to control daily workflow, assign tasks and manage offshore schedules.

I like this job for many reasons.
Firstly, I am interested in E-Commerce and I can get new experiences while doing this.
Secondly, I can feel the teamwork and can have family vibes.
Lastly, all the employees have great communication and cooperation with each other.

The reason I choose this company is that the industry is matched with my interest and I can have many challenges in this E-Commerce industry.
As we all know, E-Commerce is popular nowadays in worldwide and I think it will be a great opportunity for me to learn and expand my knowledge by doing what I like.
