Hi there!
I'm Yee Mon Htwe, currently working as a Team Leader of Myanmar Kaientai E-Commerce Department.
Our company is Japanese company which is located in Myanmar that have been in business for 6 years ago.
I have been working in Simple'Z since 2014.

That is why I like this job! Episode about the happiest thing

I like this job because our members have good team work.
They always help each other who is facing difficulties at work.
Besides, the members from Maclogic are also kind and good-hearted.
The most Happiest thing is our company trip to Kalaw and Inlay in December, 2018.
Moreover,it also has small parties like farewell parties,birthdays, welcoming new members,and so on.
Every year in December, we also celebrate Christmas parties by changing presents for each other.

Why I choose this company why I like here

This work is matched with my interest and benefit me with a lot of knowledge and experiences especially the usage of Japanese language.
I have learned about how to use the server Domain to sell the products in respective online shops.
I think it is a friendly workplace, that's why I like to work here.

Work contents
  • I often have to ask the members if there are any difficulties in work and then discuss with my Supervisor.
  • - Explain and give lectures to new staffs about the work.
  • - Create a monthly report of the work list.
  • - Measure the goal score and KPI of my team.
  • - Check each member with skills map evaluation and point scores once in 6 months.
  • - Explain the members of work contents, which are daily workflow, as requested from HQ.
  • - Make product registrations to sell in Rakuten, Yahoo and Amazon shops.
  • - Make deliverable data check and report to HQ.
  • Most of the daily tasks requested are product registrations, shipping invoice, Maintenance works, editing images/banners by using Photoshop, manage stock setting and other settings by using Manual, simple data entry and html/CSS coding for store design by creating both PC and Smartphone mode.
