Hi! My name is Htet Ko Ko, currently working as a HR Administrator of Simple'Z.
My role as a HR Administrator is to assist the HR Team and Management Team.
So that’s normally responsible for performing HR related duties in support of the HR function as needed and acts as liaison with employees on a variety of HR issues.

There are many reasons why i like this job,
The First One: My co-workers and management team are very social, knowledgeable, and caring.
The Second: We all work hard and are recognized for doing so.
And the Last One: my role is helping me to grow on a personal level and allows me to develop professionally and learn experientially.
Exchanging gifts at Christmas parties and going on company trips will always be fun for us.

Why I choose this company why I like here

When I joined the company in 2016, like many other employees, I didn't really understand the company or business.
All my seniors helped and supported me. Choosing this company was the right decision for me as it gave me the opportunity and development.
